Description of Works Executed : RCC framed structure on raft foundation (area per floor 12,792 sft. ) including two level basements (area 15,575 sft. per floor), sanitary, water supply, plumbing, electro-mechanical works including internal electrification, Air-conditioning and ventilation system, PA system, Stage lighting system, Sound system, Traffic control system, Fire protection and detection system, CCTV and security system, supply and installation of 2000 KVA sub-station including 2000 Amp BBT system, 1808 KVA auto generator, supply and installation of 4 Nos. lift, deep tubewell, exhaust ventilation system etc.
