Description of Works Executed : RCC framed structure on pile foundation having basement at 2.74 metre below ground level including 2 level car parks, sanitary, water supply, plumbing, electrification, telephone, supply and installation of fire detection & protection system and security & traffic controlling system etc. Foundation is capable to withstand a 22-storey building.
